I noticed that you have a very deep interest in the Tower of Babel. I have some questions about the Tower.
I have heard many references to the number 72 surrounding the story of the tower, but have never been able to find the exact meaning of this number in the original story.
One of the meanings I have heard is that this was number of languages spoken, however i was wondering if in Art History there is some other significance, for example - why is it that in so many images of the tower it appears to have the same number of doors?
Is there some connection between 72 and the number of doors or chambers?
